Project Description
In the heart of Denver, the Burnsley All Suite Hotel provides a home away from home. The historic boutique hotel is located in Denver’s Capitol Hill area. Ricca Newmark Design was commissioned to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for four 1,200 SF penthouse suites, the surrounding 1,000 SF (for each suite) of outdoor living area and a public corridor. Each suite features the following highlights: floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall panoramic windows; period furniture, artwork and lighting; full kitchen with cherry cabinets, marble floor and granite counters; spiral staircase with custom wrought iron railing topped by a stained glass sky light; two unique bedrooms (upstairs) with 1930s period casegoods and furnishings; and master bath suite with oversized Jacuzzi tub, LCD tv, granite flooring and counters, and cherry cabinetry.
