DUNSTER & MATHER HOUSE

Culinary design including the development of scatter-system serveries for Harvard University’s Dunster and Mather Houses and a remodel of the main kitchen with updated, energy efficient equipment. An additional late night student-centered vending area was incorporated into the facility. Upon completion, the project became the first of its kind to receive the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification.
