The design scope of this project entailed a complete renovation of a previously existing restaurant. Walls were torn down and the space opened up. The owner wanted the space to have a contemporary Colorado atmosphere with special attention to lighting and custom glass detailing. To accomplish this, large cast glass panels with a suggestion of aspen trees were designed at the entrance. Complimenting these are up-lit planters with bare birch and willow branches strategically placed within the restaurant. Large exposed wood trusses with custom cast glass chandeliers provide a striking architectural background. Finishes are warm and earthly, accented by under-lit custom glass countertops at the main bar and social bars.
