Project Description
Ameristar Casino St. Charles, a new $360 million dollar casino in St. Charles, MO, features 130,000 square feet of gaming space in addition to seven distinctively themed restaurants. Ricca Newmark Design was recruited to provide culinary design for each of these unique eateries, resulting in a variety of venues for patrons to enjoy regardless of what their palate craves. Landmark Buffet, one of the hallmarks of the facility, offers fare ranging from classic Italian dishes to flavors of the Orient, recreated in a style reminiscent of a 19th century open-air market. The 47 Port Street Grill, inspired by the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, features a wine room centered in the restaurant, while the Falcon Diner is designed to reflect the classic American diner, complete with art deco decor. Other design successes for this facility include the Amerisports Bar and Grill, serving up American-style cuisine while patrons view the 34 foot video wall, and Pearl’s Oyster Bar, an inviting restaurant incorporating cultural elements reflective of the surrounding area.
