Project Description
Ricca Newmark Design was asked to convert the original Lake Lawn Lodge, situated on 275 wooded acres overlooking picturesque Delavan Lake, into a new upscale full service condo hotel facility now known as Lake Lawn Resort. We transformed this tired facility into a “mid-western lodge” feel with warm and cozy fabrics, new fireplaces in the majority of the units, and over-scaled furnishings, providing views to the 18 hole championship golf course and the lake.
