Project Description
As a distinguished celebrity chef, one of the things that Dean Fearing is famous for is being so personable with his clientele. Keeping this in mind, RND was able to design a culinary space that is almost entirely an exhibition kitchen and is a great complement to his personality. So thrilled were Ritz-Carlton and Crescent Realty to have Dean come to the property, they actually expanded the building with a green-house style dining extension. Ricca Newmark worked closely with the interior designer (Johnson Studio out of Atlanta) to achieve an open kitchen which enriches the unique dining space consisting of five dining areas which each have a different decor and feel, from formal to casual, indoor and outdoor. Working closely with Dean on the details of his cooklines and chef’s counters enabled RND to add exceptionally nice features such as a batter-drawer built into the chef’s counter, granite counter tops on server side, decorative hood enclosures and wood burning equipment (smoker and two Aztec grills)
