Project Description
Ricca Newmark was commissioned to provide culinary and interior design for the renovation of Earhart Hall Food Court Student Dining Facility, located on the campus of Purdue University. The University’s goal for the project was to upgrade and modernize the facility to accommodate resident students’ dining needs.

The interior design and culinary design scope of services included: selecting and specifying new and replacement foodservice equipment; selecting and specifying new and replacement serving equipment and cosmetic improvements, including, but not limited to, counter finishes, wall treatments, and lighting; and selecting and specifying new dining improvements, including, but not limited to, design of the mural wall, furniture, wall finishes, artwork and lighting.
