What We Do

Today’s contemporary resorts are often comprised of guestroom villas or cottages that are dispersed throughout an extensive site for maximum view and location immersion for guests. The successful dispersion of guest rooms and other amenities throughout a resort requires an extensive logistical system for support. All housekeeping, room service, trash removal, minibar services, and guest transport all have to be organized with a plan that minimizes guest encounters with the support system, and, in an ideal condition, makes those activities virtually invisible to guests.

Ricca Newmark Design offers logistical planning services to identify the quantity and frequency of services anticipated for each resort location, as well as the necessity for remote support facilities, including the number, location, and size for those facilities, the number and types of vehicles needed to provide the required levels of service, and narrative descriptions of the system for the entire team to embrace.
